Boo-Boo Buddies are a great way to take care fo those bumps and bruises your child gets from their hard day at play. Our Boo-Boo Buddies can be kept in the freezer for use as a cold pack. For a warm pack simple pop the Boo-Boo Buddy into the microwave for 30 seconds shake to distribute the heat evenly and apply. You may microwave the Boo-Boo Buddy for an additional 30 seconds if desired. Caution! Contents will be hot! Please shake to distribute the heat evenly and use with care. We like to keep a couple on hand in the freezer so we can switch out the buddies as they come to room temperature (or when the other sibling has a simpathy Boo-Boo)!
